These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Membook platform operated by Cyborama, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Membook, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Membook.
Membook is a peer‑to‑peer memory marketplace that allows providers to rent idle RAM and consumers to purchase memory capacity. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
MEM tokens are used for payments, staking, and rewards. Token values may fluctuate. We are not responsible for any financial losses.
Providers must ensure their systems are secure and comply with applicable laws. We are not liable for any damages arising from provider actions.
Consumers must use rented memory in compliance with laws and must not attempt to compromise provider systems.
Cyborama, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Membook.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA.
