This Privacy Policy describes how Cyborama, LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the Membook platform.
We collect information you provide directly, such as email address, wallet address, and hardware specifications. We also collect usage data, including IP address, geolocation, and performance metrics.
We use your information to operate the marketplace, match providers and consumers, enforce slashing, calculate earnings, and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We may share aggregated, anonymized data with partners. Provider IP addresses are shared with consumers to establish TCP connections. We may disclose information if required by law.
We implement industry‑standard security measures, including encryption, token‑based authentication, and sandboxing. However, no system is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing emails.
Membook integrates with payment processors (Stripe) and blockchain networks. Their privacy policies apply to those interactions.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
